How do I determine my shoe size?
Stand barefoot on a piece of paper and have someone else draw the outline. The distance from the tip of the big toe to the heel is the length in mm. In the table below you will find the corresponding shoe size. The largest foot is the standard. Brands and models can have a different fit, the width of the foot also plays a role in this.

Size control
Check (children's) feet regularly for irritation and red spots. These can indicate that the shoes are small or too tight. To check the size; place the foot on a piece of cardboard and draw the foot length. Cut it out and see if this piece also fits in the shoe. With a removable insole, you can also see it from the toe print on the insole.

What width sizes are there?
You have probably heard of the terms 'last' and 'shoe width'. These terms say something about the width of the shoe. A width is always indicated with alphabetically ascending letters.
