Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from an agreement concluded via the Platform within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Where the Seller applies a longer return period for specific products, this will be stated in the product description and order confirmation.

The withdrawal period begins on the day after the consumer or a designated third party receives the product.

Product Handling

During the withdrawal period you must handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning.

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify the Seller within the withdrawal period through the Platform or through another clear statement.

After notifying the Seller, the product must be returned within fourteen (14) days.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned:

• complete
• with all accessories supplied
• where possible in the original packaging

Return shipping costs are at your expense unless stated otherwise on the Platform.
