Order Processing

The Seller will take the greatest possible care in processing your order.

Information regarding product availability, delivery times, and shipping is indicative only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, availability and shipping times are not guaranteed.

If a product is not available during the processing of your order, you will be informed accordingly. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Delivery Address

Delivery will be made to the address specified when placing the order.

The Seller may refuse an order if the delivery address is located in a country to which the Seller does not ship.

International Deliveries

When ordering products for delivery outside the United States or the European Union, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes once the package reaches its destination.

All additional customs clearance charges must be borne by you. The Seller has no control over these charges.

You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.

Delivery Time

Accepted orders will be processed as quickly as possible and no later than thirty (30) days unless a different delivery period has been agreed.

If delivery is delayed or an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be informed within thirty (30) days after placing the order. In such cases you have the right to cancel the agreement.
