Terms and Conditions

Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer and agreement concluded via the Aserium Platform.

By placing an order or making a purchase via the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Aserium reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on the Platform.

Accounts

An account is required to place orders through the Platform.

Accounts may only be created by persons aged eighteen (18) or older.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your account.

Aserium reserves the right to suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms.

Offers and Pricing

Products may be offered by Aserium or by independent resellers ("Partners").

Product pages contain descriptions intended to allow customers to properly evaluate products before purchase.

Images of products are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product.

Order confirmation only confirms receipt of the order and does not constitute acceptance.

An agreement is concluded only when the product is shipped and shipment confirmation is sent.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders without stating reasons.

Liability

The Seller's liability for damages arising from the performance of an agreement is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.

The Seller is not liable for indirect damages including loss of profit, loss of savings, or business interruption.

These limitations do not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Warranty

All products supplied through the Platform must conform to the agreement and meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability.

If a product does not conform to the agreement, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction.

Manufacturer warranties may apply in addition to statutory rights.

Force Majeure

The Seller is not obliged to fulfill obligations if prevented by circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other external causes.

If force majeure continues for more than six weeks, either party may terminate the agreement.
