Where products are sold by a Partner, the purchase agreement is concluded directly between the customer and the Partner.

Aserium is not a party to such agreements and cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by Partners.

Third-Party Products

Aserium is not responsible for defects or non-conformity of products supplied by Partners.

Customers should contact the Partner directly regarding questions or complaints relating to Partner products.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aserium disclaims liability for damages resulting from:

• incorrect information provided by Partners
• misuse of products
• external circumstances beyond Aserium's control.
