A real conversation with the hiring manager. What you've built, what you'd want to build.

Working session 60–90 min

Practical, paid where applicable. We work through a real-shaped problem together.

Team conversations 2–3 calls

Meet the people you'd be working with. They evaluate fit; you evaluate them right back.

Decision & offer ~3 days

Specific feedback either way. If it's a yes, we move quickly on details.
