You represent and confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner to use it. You further agree to provide correct and valid card details to carry out transactions on the website. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorize payment, Aserium, shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

In case of third-party statements, including bank or credit card statements, the merchant name may appear in an abbreviated format. To place an order, you must complete the transaction on the website.

You will be asked to provide address and contact details, along with payment-related information. Once the payment transaction is complete and funds are received from the bank or credit card company, your order will be processed. Products will be shipped based on availability and logistics fulfillment.

While availing any of the payment methods on the website, Aserium, is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to:

If the payment for an online order is not successfully communicated to our system due to a technical or network issue involving intermediaries, banks, or payment gateways, the order will not be processed, and a refund will be initiated. If the customer’s account is debited in such unsuccessful attempts, the amount typically auto-reverses to the original account. However, Aserium, is not responsible for such issues and customers are advised to raise reversal requests with their bank if a refund is delayed unreasonably.
